Family - Part 1: The Martins and Cornwells

Lori and I have known each other since we were five years old. We both attended the same school from 5-K to 12th grade. I had such a wonderful time with her family, Jamin (husband), Levi (son), Laci (daughter), Linda (mom), and Larry (dad). What hospitality too! I received a golf cart ride to our shooting destination, chocolate cake, my favorite Dr. Pepper, and a trip down memory lane when her mom pulled out the old photo albums! This family exudes love and thank you for such a lovely time at your home. Lori's parents have property in the country and many donkeys so we used these elements for our photo shoot. I just may have to do this in two separate post.

Family - The McKenzie's

Meredith and I met back in college studying photography together and we bonded so well we moved in together for our second year of studies. This girl always has you smiling! Her and Eddie's story starts when they were in their teens and now they have two beautiful kiddos named Addison and Carson. Loved this session for many reasons: #1 Watching Eddie make Meredith laugh and smile so beautifully, #2 Gazing into the kids amazingly blue eyes from behind the camera, and #3 Getting to catch up with an old friend. Thanks McKenzies! Had a blast!

Newborn - Theophilus Issac Fink

Let me introduce you to my sweet little nephew, Theophilus or you may call him Theo. This little guy had to stay in the NICU for a few days due to low oxygen levels, but he was strong and was finally able to join his family at home! Thank you all for your prayers during that time. Daddy aka Ben Fink was working the day we did the photo session so hopefully later this year we'll get some family pics up too. You'll have the joy of seeing Theo's wonderful mother, Erin, and his big brother, Haddon, in this post. Love some of the moments captured here!
