Married - Sarah and Blake Helms - Vesuvius Vineyards - Part 2

Here is part two of Sarah and Blake's adorable wedding. If you missed part one you can see it here. These two were surrounded by amazing family and friends and I enjoyed documenting the fun they had at this reception. In fact as I was trying edit down I found I liked so many images and ended up with way more keepers than normal. Same goes for the blog post. There are a lot, but love the fun and emotion that was shared at their reception.

Congratulations to you both and thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your amazing day!

I love seeing the raw emotions at weddings like the image above. Her dad had just made a touching speech. Following after that Sarah and her dad shared their first dance, which started out sweet and turned into such fun and laughter. It was awesome to see a father and daughter dance routine like this one!
The girls dedicated and sang "I Will Always Love You" for Blake.
Below is Blake playing some air guitar to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin".

Married - Sarah and Blake Helms - Vesuvius Vineyards - Part 1

You may recognize Sarah from my previous wedding I just posted. She was one of Katie's Maids of Honor and now Katie was one of her Matrons of Honor. Katie and Sarah are very good friends and I had the amazing opportunity to photograph both of their very weddings! I met both of these girls together at Katie's meeting. They were questioning away about my business  trying to be serious about the matter, but couldn't help giggling throughout the whole meeting. Obviously these two have a good time together and I was thrilled when Sarah asked if I would shoot her wedding.
The location of Sarah and Blake's wedding took place at the beautiful Vesuvius Vineyards in Iron Station, NC. This was another new venue for me and I loved what it had to offer. Just wait until you see the reception in the part two post! May 10th started out to be a very stormy day, but the rain started to settle down and quit altogether shortly before the ceremony started. Once again I would like to reiterate how much I don't mind the rain. It makes the greens so vivid! This wedding consisted of the beautiful color scheme of Coral and Turquoise, adorable grandparents, and a lot of good friends! Sarah and Blake dated for a long time and had many high school friends present in the wedding party. This group was close and I enjoyed every minute documenting them partying on the dance floor, which you can see in part two post.
