Newborn - Abigail Elizabeth Rice

I'm very excited to announce the arrival of one of my best friends first child, Abigail. Her mother, Meredith, grew up with me and we've stayed close friends since kindergarten. Abigail is sure to grow up in an amazing home with absolutely amazing God loving parents! She was just a sweet thing on our photo shoot. Never cried once (I think that was a first for my newborn shoots). These images were taken when she was 11 days old and some of these first shots we used Meredith's mother's rocking chair and the blanket she was brought home in from the hospital. Absolutely love this first one!!!

Meredith's mother, Dale, was in town to help. Thank you for watching my little Adelai, while I was photographing your granddaughter.

Nathan is going to be a GREAT dad. He was so cute interacting with Abigail.

Family - LaCoursiere Family

So I'll be posting some sessions that were done for Christmas cards, but couldn't be posted till after Christmas due to gifts. The first one is the LaCourisere Family, which consist of Noah, Julie, their biological son Elijah, and Cam, an adorable boy they've been fostering. Julie and Noah are also photographers so they had some cute ideas for their session. This family is so beautiful and these images really capture how much love is in this family. Stay tuned for Elijah's 1st birthday party pictures. I'll even see if we can get a video up of Noah singing a song he wrote for little Elijah. A MUST SEE!

Wedding - Karla and Kyriakos - Part 2

  If you missed Part 1 of Karla and Kyriakos' wedding you can view it here. Now here's the second half. The reception was held at Open Kitchen off of Morehead Road in downtown Charlotte. The significance of this place is that it's family owned by Kyriokos' mother. It was the perfect place for their reception. We even got a shot of Karla and Kyriokos in the booth where they had their first date! I loved this place because of its eclectic lighting and decor. Enjoy.
