Engagement - Jenny and Mark

This session was awesome on so many levels. First off, these two were such naturals in front of my camera and secondly we had beautiful weather. I found a new location that was perfect and green so we started our session there and then headed to NoDa for the second half.

Ok, so when I ask my clients to just be natural in front of my camera, to just snuggle and be in love (because that's what I want to capture anyhow), Jenny and Mark did it from the first frame I captured of them till the last. Cannot wait until their wedding day at the end of May of this year!

Jenny and Mark, I had a great time getting to know you both and couldn't resist sharing so many images. Thank you for a great session!

The quilt these two were snuggling on was made by Mark's great grandmother, who had a talent for making quilts. Apparently she made tons of them. This one was perfect for their session.

Engaged - Mike and Kira

Here is one of my lovely couples that I had the joy of photographing their engagement session at Jetton Park. It ended up being a beautiful fall day and we ended our session at Birkdale Village. These two were cracking me up. Mike knows how to have a good time and lighten the mood and you can see he can make Kira light up! Kira's smile is so infectious and I can't wait to document these two's big day in March.  I'm already visioning how gorgeous they're going to be all dressed up. Until then please enjoy these photos of this adorable couple.

Married - Justin and Anne-Marie Part 2

And here we have the second half of the Shumaker wedding which took place at the Harmon House in Kernersville, NC. Enjoy!

Her father, had a teapot collection which they used for center pieces at the reception. Also he painted the portrait of Anne-Marie without having her pose! That's some talent.

Congratulations again Mr. and Mrs. Shumaker! Loved being a part of your wedding.
