The Morrison's Family Session - Mooresville Family Photographer - Charlotte Family Photographer

What a sweet family the Morrison's are! Dylan and Ashley have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Harper (3.5 yrs.) and Amelia (6 months). Their session was a breeze. Absolutely loved how these turned out.
Please enjoy some of my favorites from the session.

Portraits - Jen, Jordyn, Drew, and Otis

Today is my 30th birthday.

Feels really weird to say that, however I've honestly been looking forward to this day. Something about moving forward to a new double digit age seems exciting to me.

The past several years I've worked long hours on my birthday and today is the first that I get to spend it with my family! Now a blog post is work, but I had to share this post today.

Those of you who know me, know I love dogs! This session include one adorable English Bulldog named Otis and everyone had to get pictures with this guy. He belongs to Jen and Jordyn . I met Jen on a commercial job I was working sometime last year and we got together with her boyfriend and daughter for a great session at the Dairy Barn down in Fort Mill, SC. If you've never been there it's really beautiful and I hope to return again for another session one day.

Below is an image that captured Jordyn's first time on a horse!

Married - Mike and Kira - The Charles Mack Citizen Center - Part 1

This wedding was my first for 2014 and it ended up being a beautiful day despite all that crazy winter weather we kept having. Mike and Kira tied the knot at The Charles Mack Citizen Center in downtown Moorseville, NC.
These two were so much fun to be around and I had an awesome time documenting their day with their family and friends.

In this post you'll get to see a first look with Kira's dad, some killer portraits of the bridal party, and sweet moments at their ceremony.
Stay tuned tomorrow for Part 2 featuring the reception, bridal party and bride and groom portraits.

Thank you Mike and Kira for letting me work an awesome wedding!
