Bridals - Jenny Everett Ethington

Jenny is so stunning and I absolutely loved the location for her Davidson bridal session. I've shot there several times before, but this was the first for a bridal session. I couldn't decide which was my favorite between the barn, bamboo, and field shots. Let me know your favorites.
I'm always curious to know what other eyes are drawn to beside mine.
If you missed her and Mark's engagements and amazing wedding. Check them out here, here, and here.

Family - The Hunt's

I'm going to make a confession, I teared up while editing these photos. Celeste and I met many years ago while assisting a local commercial photographer in town. A few years later, I had the opportunity of witnessing her marry Adam in one of the sweetest, God centered wedding ceremonies I've ever seen. Shortly after, they moved away, but I kept up with her via Facebook. Children weren't really a plan for them, however God had different plans and blessed them with precious Isaiah, who was born just a month before my little guy. Needless to say, Adam and Celeste never imagined what joy and love a little baby could bring into their lives. Isaiah was 7 months old during this session and what a cutie he is!!! Oh and one more thing, the Hunts will be welcoming another little one into their family this year! Congratulations you guys and thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to document your little family. I really enjoyed editing this session and see so much happiness in your lives through these photos.

Family - The Rainey's

This is the lovely Rainey family and their beautiful dogs. The Rainey family requested to have their session on Davidson College Campus since this is where David and Emily went to college and met. This property is just gorgeous and was a perfect location for this family. It had been raining all day so we were crossing our fingers that the rain would hold off and it did. The evening shoot turned out to be such wonderful weather despite the few sprinkles in the beginning.

So let me start off by introducing you to David and his wife Emily.

These two siblings are Bennett and Rebecca.

This well at Davidson College is the exact spot that David proposed to Emily

And these are the beautiful dogs. Bo, Sable, and Remi.

Bo is a seven year old german shepard that belongs to the family.

Sable is a thirteen year old black lab that belongs to the family as well.

Remi is the youngest at three years old and is a german short haired pointer who belongs to Bennett.
I got to admit I'm a little partial to this dog. I've always liked this breed of dog.
